CelticFest Vancouver
CelticFest offers an exciting line-up of family-friendly events, live entertainment, and activities for kids and adults alike. While CelticFest runs from March 7-17 with exciting events, the highlight for families this year will be the Family Day taking place on March 15th from 10am-6pm.

Spring Break Salmon Run at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery
Don’t miss this limited-time event at the family-friendly Gulf of Georgia Cannery from March 16-28. West Coast waters make the perfect home for many species, yet it can also pose unique challenges for Pacific salmon. Imagine yourself as a salmon tasked with completing a set of challenges to see if you can return to the starting point. Moving up and down the Cannery, families will complete salmon-themed activities and learn about the life and significance of Pacific salmon along the way.

Britannia Mine Museum Spring Break
Engage the whole family in discovery at the Britannia Mine Museum this Spring Break. Explore a series of fun and educational, family-friendly activities such as Mini Mud Monsters, where participants will learn about the microorganisms that live in our freshwater ecosystems, and the effects of metals and mining on their environments. These drop-in sessions are included with admission.

You and your family will want to check out Generation Pixar and mark your calendars for the upcoming VIFF Kids Club. Indigo Free Kids Events | March 17-23, 2025
Participating stores are hosting free daily workshops to entertain the littles. All Spring Break Events at Indigo Chapters begin at 1pm, and are free, but check with your local store to see if pre-registration is required.
