Rocky Point Park is Port Moody’s best known park. The park has a large variety of amenities including: recreational pier, outdoor pool, skateboard park, bike trials park, playground, spray park beach, boat launch, Old Mill Boat House, artists in the park, hiking and biking trails and wildlife viewing. And yes, there are washrooms. That is a key factor, as a parent, when deciding whether a park is worth visiting.
Be sure to stop for an ice cream treat or delicious Pajo’s fish and chips! We are also big fans of Rocky Point Ice Cream; their scoops are generous! Port Moody is also becoming know for their craft breweries. While it is sometimes hard for parents to make a spot, a few of the places are kid-friendly.
