Guide to the Best Spots to See Cherry Blossoms in Toronto (Updated for 2024)

Toronto residents and visitors are obsessed with cherry blossoms! Technically called Sakura, these gorgeous flowering trees bloom each year between late April and early May (depending on weather conditions, of course). Gawkers descend upon parks across the GTA to stroll amongst the rows and, naturally, take lots of selfies! Don’t miss out, so check out our list of the best spots to see cherry blossoms in Toronto!

High Park
Where: 1873 Bloor Street West, Toronto
Locations: Pathways along Grenadier Pond between Colborne Lodge and the Grenadier Café, north end by West Road, path near Spring Road and Jamie Bell Playground
Note: there is no vehicle or parking access to High Park during the cherry blossom peak bloom period.
