The City of Toronto hosts Cavalcade of Lights, a free festival that bathes Nathan Phillips Square, transforming City Hall and its surroundings into a dazzling wonderland every night during the the holiday season. There will be a glittering 58-foot Christmas tree (with the opening night celebration on November 30) and ice skating on the outdoor rink as always, plus light installations inspired by cultural festivals.
