Today, Thursday August 14, 2014, all proceeds from every Blizzard® sold at participating DQ® stores will be donated to local Children’s Miracle Network® member hospitals! It’s great way to give back to your community while having an icy treat! Head on down to your local Dairy Queen and help give hope to local children.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the partnership between DQ® and Children’s Miracle Network®, in which time $100 million has been raised in support of local Children’s Miracle Network® hospitals across North America.
Children’s Miracle Network® raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals, 14 of which are in Canada. These hospitals, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. When a donation is given, it stays in the community, ensuring that every dollar is helping local kids.
