Fall Classes to Choose From

Pre-School Classes are great for the little ones to get an active start to gymnastics – physical and cognitive development, basic gymnastics and more.

Recreational Classes start from ages 5 and up, and participants will learn fundamental skills in a fun and controlled area. This program will also have a group routine performed at Showcases at the end of each session.

Next Generation: Group & Individual Program is for athletes interested in pre-competitive or competitive programs but not ready to train for a complete season. Athletes will learn solo and group routines to perform at Showcases at the end of each session.

Pre-Competitive Program is a stepping stone for the provincial competitive level. It’s for gymnasts that have moved beyond recreational but are still preparing for the next step.

Competitive Training Program is an advanced program for athletes to challenge themselves and attend competitions within the province.
