This global holiday, celebrated annually in over 173 countries, is all about bringing people together through the shared connection of reading aloud. Join in to meet some of your favourite authors, play games, listen to books being read aloud and learn from educational experts right from your own home or classroom!
The Scholastic Virtual Book Fest activities will start on January 31, 2022 and wrap up on World Read Aloud Day being celebrated February 2, 2022. This 3 day online festival promises something for everyone with a full schedule of events and an online format that allows you to easily pick and choose which sessions you want to attend. All Virtual Book Fest events will premiere on Facebook as well as Scholastic’s YouTube channel. Select events will be available to view On Demand following the premiere.
