It’s BACK! Santa, Mrs. Claus & the Grinch are excited to welcome visitors to the annual South Pole Holiday Workshop in South Edmonton Common. Make fun holiday memories together on December 7 & 8 during this exciting pop-up event including a vendor market, holiday treats, live music, gift wrapping, giveaways, and more!
The North Pole comes South this December with a full weekend of holiday fun in the former Nordstrom Rack building. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the season as you shop with local artists and artisans, enjoy holiday classics sung live by Robyn Ashley, and snap a holiday photo with Old Saint Nick or the Mean One. There will be festive photo ops throughout the space, and pets will even be invited to join in the fun on pet-friendly Sunday!
What would a Holiday Workshop be without some delicious holiday treats? Warm up with a complimentary cup of hot chocolate or coffee, and indulge your sweet tooth with free maple taffy! Event admission is FREE and includes other family-friendly activities like a Santa letter-writing station courtesy of IKEA and the chance to win over $100 in prizes from South Edmonton Common retailers.
The South Pole Holiday Workshop is also proud to offer opportunities to support local community youth organizations. Visitors are encouraged to support at-risk youth in our community by donating unopened hygiene products at the YOUCAN Youth Services booth, or bring your holiday gifts to be wrapped by the workshop elves with a donation in support of Autism Edmonton!
