Every July the Edmonton International Street Performers Festival transforms Churchill Square into an outdoor 3 ring circus! For over 40 years, the festival has brought some of the world’s best local, national and international street artists to perform in the incredible circle-show and rove among the streets. It’s a spectacle of comedy, music, variety performances and physical feats, with some fun workshops to help release your own inner-entertainer. Admission is free, but the performers are paid through the ‘Pass the Hat’ tradition of busking, so be sure to bring some cash to show your support!
