Our family loves mini golf and is always up for trying out a new course. The list of courses in and around Edmonton has grown this summer so we have put together a list of all the great spots to putt around in Edmonton & Area.
Canada Golf Card Driving Range And Mini Golf
13510 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton | Just past an impressive 9 foot garden gnome, this whimsical 18 hole course will have you putting through sharks, giant ice cream cones, windmills, barns, and other obstacles! Bring the whole family for a round of mini golf and fun smashing a bucket of balls at the driving range.
Tom Thumb Miniature Golf at Fort Edmonton Park
7000 143 St NW, Edmonton |Â This simple outdoor course on Fort Edmonton’s 1920 street plays homage to Edmontonâs first Tom Thumb Miniature Golf Course that opened on Jasper Avenue on August 7, 1930. Edmontonian’s loved the game just as much back then, with 5 more courses opening in the city over the next two months, including 2 indoors! Cost to play the 9 hole course is included with general admission at Fort Edmonton Park.
Snow Valley Ski Club
13204 – Rainbow Valley Road, Edmonton | New for 2024! We were thrilled to see Snow Valley has added on mini golf as an outdoor summer attraction, providing an additional 18 hole course right in Edmonton. Enjoy your round of outdoor mini golf with fun on the target golf course, gem mining at the Whitemud Creek Mining Co., or a climb up the spectacular Aerial Park Tower (all priced separately).
Edmonton Corn Maze
51529 Range Rd 262, Spruce Grove | Mini golf is the newest attraction to join the long list of fun things to do at the Edmonton Corn Maze! Put your skills to the test with this fun 18 hole course on the farm. Cost to play is included with admission into the corn maze, but you do need to provide a $1 deposit for a ball and putter that will be reimbursed upon their return.
The Whole Scoop – Stony Plain
4410 50 Street, Stony Plain | Whether you are looking for a summer activity the family or a fun date night option, there’s no better pairing then mini golf and ice cream! Enjoy a round on the custom-designed 18 hole course at this popular ice cream stand’s flagship location in Stony Plain.
Putting Horse Ranch – Outside Spruce Grove
53312 RR 272, Spruce Grove | Putting Horse Ranch course is not your traditional mini golf course with colorful obstacles and crazy theming (although we love those too!) This course has the look and feel of a more traditional golf course, with extra long putts and challenges brought from the natural slope of the landscape. In addition to the  well-maintained 18-hole putting course, this family-run ranch just North of Spruce Grove offers horse experiences and event rentals.
Deb’s Greenhouse – Morinville
25505 SH 642, Morinville | Go Down the Rabbit Hole with this wonderland themed course at Deb’s Greenhouse in Morinville. Rates are affordable starting at just $25/family of 4 and children 5 and under play free with a player 12+.
Jurassic Forest Journey to Extinction Mini Golf – near Gibbons
2-23210 Township Road 564, Gibbons | It only makes sense that the mini golf be dinosaur themed at this prehistoric attraction! Enjoy a round on the fun and challenging course after you take a stroll through the Jurassic Forest and see the impressive collection of life-size animatronics. Dino-lovers of all ages will love it! Mini golf is an additional cost from regular admission.
Blackstone Mini Golf – Pigeon Lake
Corner of RR 11 and Westerose Acreage Road, Pigeon Lake | This 18 hole course is beautifully landscaped with several water features, hills, and bridges. Each of the holes is quite long, with long putts and obstacles to add to the challenge. Several of the holes are also multi-level which makes for a fun surprise watching your balls disappear and pop back out on the course.
Kraay Family Farm – Lacombe County
Site 6, Box 9 RR 1, Lacombe | Believe it or not, this mini golf course also features dinosaurs! It is just one of 50+ amazing attractions to enjoy at this Adventure Farm and Corn Maze just one hour south of Edmonton. The mini golf is included with the price of admission, with self-serve putters and balls available right at the 18 hole course.
Monster Mini Golf
3414 Gateway Boulevard NW, Edmonton | Our family always has a glowing good time at this blacklight and neon-splattered 18 hole course. The monster theming is carried throughout the course, with a variety of fun, challenging, and spooky obstacles along the way! There is also a selection of arcade games on site for those wishing to extend the fun.
West Edmonton Mall
West Edmonton Mall offers your choice of TWO 18 hole Mini Golf courses, and we think both are great! Each is completely family-friendly, and a fun challenge for kids and adults alike! Why not give both a try and let your family decide which course reigns supreme?
Professors WEMâs Adventure Golf offers a bright, colorful, and open atmosphere filled with cartoonish caricatures.
