Edmontonians are invited to celebrate with local Community Leagues at several great events in the weeks leading up to, and on, official Edmonton Community League Day Saturday, September 21, 2024. This annual celebration of our city’s 163 diverse Community Leagues includes everything from block parties and BBQs, to concerts and outdoor movies.

Saturday, September 7
Back to School BBQ & Movie Night with Glenora Community League
4:30 pm – 11:00 pm | BBQ, caricature artist, petting zoo, outdoor games, fun with Sportsball, and an outdoor showing of WISH when the sun goes down.
Burnewood Bash
2:00 pm – 8:00 pm | Bike parade, inflatables, food truck, games, music, beer gardens.
Alberta Avenue Bee Block Party
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Bee block building, honeybee info sessions, vendors, games, crafts.
4th Annual Community Rocks with Beacon Heights Community League
2:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Live local musicians from Beverly and beyond, food trucks, and fun activities.
Greisbach Party in the Park

The Ridge Community League Fall Festival

Rosenthal Community League Day Movie in the Park
8:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Free popcorn for community league members, food trucks, family-friendly movie choice to be announced.
Sherbrooke Community League Day Show & Shine
