Skate for free at some City of Calgary Arenas on Family Day! The following arenas will be offering free skating from 1 to 2:15 PM on February 17, 2025. Bring your own skates and helmets!

- Shouldice Arena (NW)
Plus, FREE holiday swims are back with the City of Calgary. These are very popular and you are asked only to attend one time slot, from 1 – 2:30 PM or 3 – 4:30 PM. Weight rooms will also be open during these times. Head to the following pools.
