CPAWS (Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society) is hosting Halloween fun for the whole family!

Halloween Campfire Tales
The CampLand Institute for Leisurely Pursuits and CPAWS Southern Alberta are hosting the first-ever Campfire Tales, an evening of supernatural, spine-tingling fun! Enjoy seasonal treats like s’mores and hot chocolate around a cozy indoor campfire, while hearing frightful stories of Alberta’s vanishing wildlife and wilderness. Costumes are encouraged; there will be a mask-crafting station in-store so you can whip up your own wildlife-themed masks to wear and take home with you.

Family Halloween Hike
Check out this Family Halloween Hike and learn how animals adapt to the threats of the wild while enjoying a variety of eerie attractions, including a costume contest, a pumpkin hunt for kids, a storytelling station with tales of vanishing animals, and a hot chocolate station to warm you up halfway through the hike. Children under 18 are free and remember to bring your own mugs for hot chocolate to help reduce waste.
