St. Patrick’s Island
Enjoy family-friendly entertainment and the beautiful St. Patrick’s Island. There will be buskers and performers, face painting, crafts and activities, live music, and more.
The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland (formerly Fort Calgary)
Head to The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland (formerly Fort Calgary) this Canada Day from 10 am – 3 pm for an Indigenous Artisan Market and Indigenous Showcase and Powwow. You’ll also find the cultural activities and the Canada Day main stage show with a lineup of musicians.
Olympic Plaza
Head down to the Olympic Plaza for a great day of music and cultural performances this Canada Day. Pack a picnic or grab lunch at a food truck.
Fireworks
End the day with a bang and fireworks from Stampede Park. Watch the fireworks from one of many other great viewing areas in the city where you can see Stampede Park. The fireworks will start around 11 pm.
