Established in 2018, Cavalry FC has quickly solidified itself as a formidable presence in the Canadian Premier League, with players and coaches continuously investing their time and energy into promoting and growing child and youth soccer programs across Calgary. Each summer, Cavalry FC hosts a four-day summer camp where aspiring soccer stars have the opportunity to train with some of the best coaches on the Cavalry FC home field. Two summer camp options are available to ignite a passion in your future soccer star:
Summer Camp
During this four-day camp, students ages 7-15 will have a blast and participate in skill-building drills and games. Whether your child is passionate about soccer or looking to improve their skills, campers will be given the tools and techniques the professionals use to take their game to the next level. In addition to a fun experience and exceptional coaching, campers will have the opportunity to watch the Cavalry FC train and participate in a Meet & Greet with the players that is sure to enhance your child’s love of the game and desire to persevere. Each camper will also receive a special Cavalry FC t-shirt and a single ticket to the July 21st match against Hamilton Forge FC. Cavalry FC is a true family-friendly organization, and that is highlighted in the ways parents are invited to be a part of their child’s camp experience. Since the training takes place outdoors, parents are invited to watch the camp activities from the sidelines, and are encouraged to participate in a special end-of-camp BBQ for all players and families on Thursday, July 18th.
Train with the Pros
Take your skills to the next level as you Train with the Pros of Cavalry FC! Youth ages 9-17 will love this four-day camp option where they will get personalized training and instruction from the talented players and coaching staff as they develop their skills through drills and games and build teamwork on the field. This camp is the perfect fit for someone with a passion for the game who might see themself playing professional soccer in the future and is keen to receive personalized feedback from the players and coaching staff as they hone their abilities through drills and games. This camp runs from August 19-22 and also includes a special Cavalry FC t-shirt, an end-of-camp BBQ for campers and their families, and a single ticket to the August 24th match against the Victoria Pacific FC.
